The following describes what to expect in using the platform.
A. UNIQUE ACCESS LINK
To access the Audition Room, you will be provided with a unique link to the platform. Please do not share this link with anyone. The confirmation email may come from this address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. sometime on the day you are scheduled to audition. If the schedule allows, we may open up access earlier so you can become more familiar with the platform well before our audition.
B. ENABLE CAMERA & MICROPHONE
In order to use the platform, you need to give the browser permission to use your camera and microphone. You will be prompted to "Allow" the browser to do so.

C. UNBLOCK DEVICES
- If you had blocked your camera and microphone you can unblock them by clicking on the camera & microphone icons in the search bar. On Firefox it's on the left (as seen). In Chrome it's on the right (see the video in Lesson 6).
- Enable the devices.
- Click "Try Again".

D. TESTING AUDIO & VIDEO
When first entering you can test to make sure everything is working (audio & video). To do that, click on the "Test audio & video" link see below

Follow the prompts to test each device separately.

If you are unable to hear any sound, make sure the tab is not set to mute. To check, right-click on the tab title to reveal a menu list.
